ABOUT

Non- traditional "Spinning" is a great cardiovascular workout. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. We work on building your strength, endurance, stamina and power with our isolation drills, HIITS, sprints and interval moves during the entire workout.

 

We welcome all fitness levels!

Are you ready for your effective and fun ride? Join us in an environment with dim lights, disco lights and the livest music from hip hop (old school and new school), caribbean, soca, funk and r & b! Come ready to party on the bike. Be sure to book your in advance!
