OMG why do the darn seat hurt?

Okay so my bottom (glutes) hurt today! Right after class I began to feel the burn BUUUT..... This is not a burn from getting raped by my seat, which is exactly what is happening to some of you!! This comes from my booty on the bike routines...LOL!! Done purposely!! How would you feel If I told you that proper posture on the bike could really make a big difference? Let's have at it! First, stop sitting on your bike like it's time to chill! This is a big NO, NO!! When you flop on the bike you're taking all the pressure off of your legs. Come on my people we are here to build and strengthen our legs. If there is not pressure on your legs (while sitting) then you are not in the proper position. Think about this the next time you get on your bike! More to come.......
